Presented by the Ink Society and Friends of Hong Kong Museum of Art
Hong Kong Museum of Art Curator Dr. Maria Mok gave a presentation on the museum's collection of China trade art, which, unbeknownst to many, is the earliest among the four core collections of the museum. Maria shared "untold stories" behind some of the works, as well as highlighted the subtle differences between the Chinese and Western painters of the genre.
